Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage caused by customer, or missing components are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions to complete the return process successfully.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within five to seven business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund amount.
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within the return period. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
Certain items cannot be returned including personalized products, intimate wear, perishable goods, digital downloads, and gift cards. These exclusions are clearly marked on product pages. Please review item details carefully before making a purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns exceeding fifty dollars in value.
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for items returned with visible signs of use, missing original packaging, or returned after the thirty-day window. The partial refund amount will be determined after inspection of the returned product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damage along with your order details. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
If you have not received your refund after the processing period, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the refund is still not reflected, contact our support team with your return tracking details for immediate resolution.
We reserve the right to update this return and refund policy at our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about current return procedures.
